Who is required to file a W-9 form?

Individuals who reside in the United States and have earned or expect to earn over $600.00 in a calendar year.

Who is NOT required to file a W-9 form?

Individuals who reside outside of the United States.
Individuals who have not earned $600.00 plus in one calendar year.
Corporations
LLCs

All partners who are required to file a W-9 form will receive a 1099 form from our CPA’s office. If you have specific questions regarding your taxes, you are encouraged to speak with your accountant. We are not a certified public accounting firm.
